Your Voice Shapes the Triangle's Future — Survey Deadline is May 9

The Triangle neighborhood is being planned. The only question is whether your voice is in the room when it happens.
Survey #1 for the Triangle Community Vision Plan is now live — and UCAN is asking every resident, neighbor, and community member to take it before the May 9 deadline. This is not a formality. The results of this survey will directly shape the goals and priorities that guide how the Triangle develops in the years ahead.
What Is the Triangle Community Vision Plan?
The Triangle Community Vision Plan is a long-term planning effort co-created by the City of Denver, the National Western Center, and community partners — including residents like you. Its goal is to establish a shared vision for the neighborhood's future: one that reflects what people who actually live and work here want to see.
This is Survey #1 of three. Each survey builds on the last. The first is designed to surface what matters most to people in the community — the values, priorities, and concerns that should anchor everything that comes after.
If you skip this one, the plan moves forward without you.
Why It Matters That You Respond
Planning processes have a long history of moving forward with very little input from the communities most affected by them. This survey is an attempt to do things differently. But it only works if enough people fill it out.
Here is what your response does:
- Identifies what matters most to the people who actually live here — not just the loudest voices in the room
- Builds a foundation for planning that is grounded in real community priorities
- Confirms shared values across a diverse neighborhood
- Establishes clear, measurable goals that future Vision Plan options will be evaluated against
That last point is important. The goals established now will be used as a benchmark later. Getting this right at the start matters.
It Takes 10 Minutes
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is available in multiple languages. You do not need to be a homeowner, a longtime resident, or an expert in anything. You just need to live, work, or spend time in the Triangle.

The Deadline Is May 9 — Don't Wait
Community planning processes move on a schedule. Once Survey #1 closes on May 9, that window closes. The next phase of the Vision Plan will be built on whatever data was collected — and a plan shaped by fewer voices is a weaker plan for everyone.
Ten minutes. Before May 9. That is all it takes to make sure this neighborhood's future reflects the people who actually live in it.
